Service Description
One great training session can spark something in a player. Four sessions can change the way they play the game entirely. The Softball IQ Individual Training Package is designed for players who are serious about consistent development. Not just a one-time boost, but real, measurable growth in the way they think and compete. Before your first session, you'll complete a pre-assessment so we can map out a personalized development plan. Each of your four sessions builds on the last to track your progress, reinforce what's working, and push into new areas as you grow. This isn't four separate sessions, it's one connected process. Your package includes four 50-minute personalized training sessions covering any combination of: 1. Softball IQ & Situational Awareness: Anticipate plays faster, make smarter decisions on the bases and in the field, and develop the game knowledge that coaches notice and recruiters remember. 2. Mental Game & Mindset Training: Build the focus, confidence and resilience to compete at your best when it matters most. Sessions are conducted virtually so you can train consistently no matter where your season takes you. Schedule at a pace that works for you, with the flexibility to space sessions for maximum impact. At $240 for four sessions, you save $40 off the individual session rate, but the real value is in the consistency. Players who train regularly don't just improve, they transform. They carry a different confidence onto the field, they make plays consistently, and they compete without fear. Also included: The Softball Mindset Workbook, a $20 value, included free with your Training Package to reinforce the mental skills you're building between sessions. Cancellation Policy
All sessions must be scheduled in advance through our official booking system or by direct confirmation from Softball IQ. Time slots are offered on a first-come, first-served basis. Bookings are confirmed only after payment has been received. To cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice are non-refundable. When applicable, rescheduled sessions must take place within 30 days of the original booking date, based on availability. No-shows (failure to attend without notice) are considered forfeited and will not be refunded. Payment is due in full at the time of booking. Prices are subject to change, but confirmed bookings will not be affected by later price adjustments. Participants must log in on time for virtual sessions and be on time for in person sessions. Sessions will not be extended due to late arrival. A stable internet connection is required for virtual. Group session participants must remain respectful to the instructor and other attendees at all times. Refunds are only issued if Softball IQ cancels the session and a reschedule is not possible. No refunds will be issued for missed sessions, late arrivals or technical issues outside of Softball IQ’s control. Participants are expected to participate with a positive and respectful attitude. Disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in removal from the session without a refund. Recording or redistributing training sessions without written permission is prohibited. Online trainings are designed to provide tools for mental performance improvement. Results may vary depending on individual effort and application. Softball IQ is not responsible for injuries, losses or outcomes related to participation in training. Softball IQ may create content from sessions by taking pictures or videos. This content may be used for educational or advertisement purposes. By booking a session, you agree to these policies and acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accept the terms.
