Service Description
This Online Softball IQ Training is designed to help softball players improve their understanding of the game, anticipate plays and make smarter decisions on the field. Using real game situations, guided discussion and visual learning tools to help players learn how to think the game. What We Work On: Understanding game situations, pre-pitch awareness, defensive positioning, base running awareness, knowing why/when to make certain plays, reduce hesitation and mental errors. Session Options Single Session: Best for players who want to help with specific game situations/positions, clarification on responsibilities/decision-making or an awareness confidence boost. Session Package: Best for players who want consistent development of their softball IQ, deeper understanding of situations (offense + defense), repetition/reinforcement and position-specific awareness. The 4-session pack allows us to build awareness progressively. Who is This For? Teams that want to reduce mental errors and hesitation, improve pre-pitch awareness, help players understand why certain decisions are made, get players thinking the game.
Cancellation Policy
All sessions must be scheduled in advance through our official booking system or by direct confirmation from Softball IQ. Time slots are offered on a first-come, first-served basis. Bookings are confirmed only after payment has been received. To cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice are non-refundable. Rescheduled sessions must take place within 30 days of the original booking date, based on availability. No-shows (failure to attend without notice) are considered forfeited and will not be refunded. Payment is due in full at the time of booking. Prices are subject to change, but confirmed bookings will not be affected by later price adjustments. Participants must log in on time. Sessions will not be extended due to late arrival. A stable internet connection is required. Group session participants must remain respectful to the instructor and other attendees at all times. Refunds are only issued if Softball IQ cancels the session and a reschedule is not possible. No refunds will be issued for missed sessions, late arrivals or technical issues outside of Softball IQ’s control. Participants are expected to participate with a positive and respectful attitude. Disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in removal from the session without a refund. Recording or redistributing training sessions without written permission is prohibited. This online training is designed to provide tools for mental performance improvement. Results may vary depending on individual effort and application. Softball IQ is not responsible for injuries, losses or outcomes related to participation in training. By booking a session, you agree to these policies and acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accept the terms.
