Service Description
Your team works hard at practice. They put in the reps, run the drills and show up ready to compete. But when the game gets tight, runners are on and the score is close, does your team think the game as well as they play it? That's exactly what Softball IQ Team Personalized Training Sessions are built to develop. Before the session, coach will complete a brief pre-assessment so we can understand your team's specific needs, age group, skill level and what you want to accomplish. From there, we build a 55-minute session tailored entirely to your team. Not a recycled playbook, but a focused, intentional training designed for your team in this moment of your season. Each session draws from two powerful areas that can be used in combination or focused individually based on your pre-assessment: 1. Softball IQ & Situational Awareness: We walk your players through real game scenarios, teaching them to read the field, anticipate plays and understand their role in every situation. Players leave knowing not just what to do, but why. Coaches also gain language and frameworks they can reinforce at practice. 2. Mental Game & Mindset Training: A team that thinks well competes better together. We focus on building confidence, resilience, focus under pressure and the ability to bounce back after errors and tough innings. When your players trust each other mentally as much as physically, your team dynamic changes entirely. Sessions are available virtually, making it easy to schedule around your practice calendar, tournament schedule or offseason training plan. All your players need is a device and a coach who's ready to invest in the part of the game most teams overlook. Players can either join together as a team or separately on different devices. Cancellation Policy
All sessions must be scheduled in advance through our official booking system or by direct confirmation from Softball IQ. Time slots are offered on a first-come, first-served basis. Bookings are confirmed only after payment has been received. To cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice are non-refundable. When applicable, rescheduled sessions must take place within 30 days of the original booking date, based on availability. No-shows (failure to attend without notice) are considered forfeited and will not be refunded. Payment is due in full at the time of booking. Prices are subject to change, but confirmed bookings will not be affected by later price adjustments. Participants must log in on time for virtual sessions and be on time for in person sessions. Sessions will not be extended due to late arrival. A stable internet connection is required for virtual. Group session participants must remain respectful to the instructor and other attendees at all times. Refunds are only issued if Softball IQ cancels the session and a reschedule is not possible. No refunds will be issued for missed sessions, late arrivals or technical issues outside of Softball IQ’s control. Participants are expected to participate with a positive and respectful attitude. Disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in removal from the session without a refund. Recording or redistributing training sessions without written permission is prohibited. Online trainings are designed to provide tools for mental performance improvement. Results may vary depending on individual effort and application. Softball IQ is not responsible for injuries, losses or outcomes related to participation in training. Softball IQ may create content from sessions by taking pictures or videos. This content may be used for educational or advertisement purposes. By booking a session, you agree to these policies and acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accept the terms.
