Service Description
Great teams aren't just built in practice. They're built in the way players think, communicate and compete together when the pressure is on. The Softball IQ Team Training Package gives your team a structured framework to develop that. Before the first session, the coach completes a pre-assessment that shapes the entire plan. We identify your team's strengths, the gaps in your situational awareness, the mental game challenges showing up in games, and what you want your team to look like. From there, we build four tailored sessions designed to take you there, intentionally and with your specific roster in mind. Each of your four 55-minute sessions draws from: 1. Team Softball IQ & Situational Awareness: Teach your players to read the game before it happens. We develop shared language, situational recognition and decision-making skills your whole team applies together. 2. Team Mental Game & Mindset Training: Build a team culture of confidence, resilience and focus. We address how your team responds to errors, adversity and high-pressure moments while giving players and coaches concrete tools to reset, refocus and compete as a unit. Sessions are conducted virtually, making it easy to schedule around your tournament calendar, practice schedule and season timeline. Four sessions across a season creates a natural rhythm. At $480 for four sessions, your team saves $80 off the individual session rate. Beyond the savings, the Training Package delivers something no single session can, continuity. Your players don't just learn something once and move on. They build on it, revisit it and internalize it across a full season. Cancellation Policy
All sessions must be scheduled in advance through our official booking system or by direct confirmation from Softball IQ. Time slots are offered on a first-come, first-served basis. Bookings are confirmed only after payment has been received. To cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice are non-refundable. When applicable, rescheduled sessions must take place within 30 days of the original booking date, based on availability. No-shows (failure to attend without notice) are considered forfeited and will not be refunded. Payment is due in full at the time of booking. Prices are subject to change, but confirmed bookings will not be affected by later price adjustments. Participants must log in on time for virtual sessions and be on time for in person sessions. Sessions will not be extended due to late arrival. A stable internet connection is required for virtual. Group session participants must remain respectful to the instructor and other attendees at all times. Refunds are only issued if Softball IQ cancels the session and a reschedule is not possible. No refunds will be issued for missed sessions, late arrivals or technical issues outside of Softball IQ’s control. Participants are expected to participate with a positive and respectful attitude. Disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in removal from the session without a refund. Recording or redistributing training sessions without written permission is prohibited. Online trainings are designed to provide tools for mental performance improvement. Results may vary depending on individual effort and application. Softball IQ is not responsible for injuries, losses or outcomes related to participation in training. Softball IQ may create content from sessions by taking pictures or videos. This content may be used for educational or advertisement purposes. By booking a session, you agree to these policies and acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accept the terms.
